The label was an FMVSS requirement for 1970 MY production. 1969 Camaros built starting September 2, 1969 [approximately N678254] had the label. In production as of mid-August, the LH door structure was revised to include stamped ribs to position the label. The door in the photo is not original to the car, does not have the ribs.
