Heater hose bracket finishes

I did a search, but probably missed it.

Correct finish for:

Hose bracket on top of alternator bracket?
I believe painted  black.

Hose bracket on the pass fenderwell?

The heater hose bracket on the alternator bracket is painted semi-gloss black. The heater hose clip on the inner fender is dark phosphate.

I was correct on the alt bracket, but had no clue on the other one.

Proof that I search before asking a question 

Is the color of the hose bracket and the alternator bracket the same? 

A little nuance on the question...Igot them pulled and wondering how I should refresh them.
