Does anyone have documents or know where I can find the template info? I have a setup, just not sure I can drill holes in a perfectly good painted fender just yet. ….ain’t skeered….just not ready.

I used the measurements in the AIM - (69 in my case)
I took a nerve pill, sat down and after I convinced myself to do it, said a few Hail Mary's and put the drill to the fender.
Drill from small to large. - Use painters tape to cover everything first.

After you calm down from shaking / sweating  - test fit with the chrome bezel.

Beware - it's the large hole that makes you feel like you're gonna faint.

Been there - done that.  Good luck.

Eventhough its not technically correct for the Camaro, I used this:

Thanks. Do you have any pictures to share? You should make and sell templates after sending a set to me to try out.

Sorry Dave - no pictures.  No reason to sell templates.  Not everyone has nerves of steel and determination (ie: crazy) to do this to a painted fender.

Installing this option takes lots of parts and preparation, plus its not a popular option anyway - it's just one thing to talk about at car shows / cruise nights.

Either way, if you put down plenty of painters tape and make location marks according to the AIM, you'll be fine.  If you have a coupe - uh boy - that's a whole new ball game.  There's one big hole to make below the rear window to be correct.  Having the correct rear bezel is impossible to find, but I'm sure HBC may have one.  Won't be cheap...

$650 is a lot of venom from a cobra head. It would kill my wallet.

Oh - I know that feeling - I had everything I needed to install my system, except for the rear housing.

Got it at HBC......I took out a separate insurance policy just for that piece.  LOL!!

Seriously - I was at a local cruise and someone tried stealing it from the car....luckily I had a buddy of mine chase him off before the a-hole ran and jumped into a waiting car and took off - amazing.  Lesson learned - now I keep my windows up / doors locked when I'm not around the car.

Ehhhhhh, go ahead and get the cobra head - its only money!!!  I was shocked they even repro'd it in the first place.  Get it while ya can.

Bought the Cobrahead….found out why it can’t be mounted in my car. The included bracket is for a standard seat, and not a fold down—-although the original bracket worked for both and was much longer. Getting some help on this, so hopefully soon.
