1968 Camaro RS Z/28 OO
« on: June 15, 2021, 06:27:10 PM »
Met this owner many years ago. He wouldn't let me come to his house to see the car. Finally went a couple days ago. Block production and VIN stamp on the block look good. Same with Trans. Cowl tag looks good. He bought the car in 1971 from a lady that said it was too much for her to handle. Then raised 4 kids while it sat in the garage. Z/22 M21 C80 3:73 U63 Black Z87 PS U17 etc. etc. Very Cool!!   8) 8)  .. Danny

It's got the silver grille bars on the RS grille. What month was it built?

To answer some Q's...
The owner mentioned that he was going to maybe have the info in the data base before I even mentioned it. So I will further clarify that before I go posting private info.

That is JUST like my trailer but no it's not mine. As far as buying it, I can't comment on that right now.

Charley, I will check with the owner...  ;D

So I went through bags and bags of stuff. It's pretty much ALL there. The original AAC brake hose bracket, cam and pistons, LOTS O Stuff. He installed repro booster and a few components while others are being rebuilt. 326 WP, Carb, Dist., Alt., heads, intake, smog all look good. Danny

Original Muncie shifter is in it, but just a T handle. I held the original Shifter ball in my hand, it's bagged... Danny

You probably shouldn't hold another man's ball. :D
