Maybe with some good image editing/enhancement software it would all pop out, but even with a poor one, the 'N' and '70114' is pretty clear. I can't see the '1 9' or the '6' myself, but that part may be conjecture on the part of the poster... for the date of that engine, the leading digit of the sequence no would be a '6', and the 1 and 9 would fall from the DZ stamp as well...
