Thinking of purchasing 69 Camaro. This is the window sticker but when I google the same Vin # it says its a 69SS -350 4Spd not sure whats going on .

That window sticker is not a GM Document for any vehicle whatsoever.

The ad is from 2010. Looks like someone is now trying to pass it off as a real 396/375 car. Awful reproduction window sticker.

Congratulations for doing due diligence prior to purchase. Where is the car listed for sale?

Its for sale privately in Canada the car has been done by RK motors. They did a remarkable job

For future searches the VIN is 124379L513982 and HERE'S the car in it's original configuration. (Also note that the car sold for $25k)

Some of the repros are very good and can be difficult to detect.

Here's a snip of a real one. Very easy to see the difference in this instance.

The best way to tell is years of historic research...
ECL(exception) codes are different for different options, this is due to the overall car configuration (reason could be account for the parts used for a particular option? ~ inventory control?)  even when one would believe there should be no bearing on one another.
An early car and a late car configured the same EXACT way on an order form could and most likely will have a different ECL code for some of the same options when illustrated on the Factory Generated Window Sticker. 
Some things become a required add for an option, some become included in option, some get broken out from an option, some are no longer available with an option.

I guess it's possible, due to the fact the N66 wheels were discontinued on or about 1/8/1969, hood introduction was really late November/early December '68 with the space of overlap about a month. My L78 has them, first week of December '68, but came with the normal SS hood.

Anyone have any documented examples ?

Theoretically there was a COPO built with N66 wheels, N578203. Problem is the paperwork for the car is flaky; had a manually typed window sticker.

N66 was dropped as of the January '69 ordering info; the ducted hood was added late November '68. Earliest known ZL2 at Van Nuys was 12C; at Norwood 12E.

Possible but a small window of availability.

I love those wheels. I am surprised more guys weren't into them back then. I guess Cragar was the popular wheel back then.

I like the wheels too. Had them on my 66 GTO back in the day. On my green 69 now although they are 15 inch repops. The silver car has been for sale in NC before. It was also in a show at Dorton Arena in Raleigh NC awhile back . Pretty sure it was the same car.
