I feel bad for the guy. The VIN is on several lists as a Yenko.

I'm not up on Yenko's but was this a car sold by Yenko or an actual Yenko conversion?

Might be sold from Yenko, but not a 427 Camaro. So does this mean now that the car has been found, the VIN will be removed from the Yenko Camaro list?

The car in the photos has none of the characteristics of a factory BB Camaro.

Once upon a time there were three Yenko lists and that VIN was on a couple of them. The lists were compiled using copies of copies of the hand-written Yenko inventory sheets and were often hard to read. For that reason, there is a disclaimer at the top of the Supercar Registry.

The is the second instance of a car on one of the lists being located that is clearly not a factory 427 Camaro.

I have to wonder if some numbers on those lists are transposed? Maybe a case of dyslexia from the original list’s author?

Bids are getting up there for the condition of the car....the car obviously was driven on the road for many years (in a cold weather climate) I guess it is possible that someone could of changed the price heater core assembly. What other characteristics are missing?

Firewall pictures show no hole above fuse box for the ducted hood wiring. Accelerator lever is also for a non-ducted hood car.

Automatic as well. I love the snow plow leaning against the driver's side. How could anyone buy this thing without any other documentation ? I smell a body swap event fixing to occur -

Really unfortunate situation. The VIN list has been updated and that sequence number removed.
