Correction:
Just saw there is another 4.88 ECL code in the middle of the list that has 100 units attached, so 4.88 total units are:  219.
That being said and seeing his car invoice, based on the 4.88 ECL code that brings this car to a maximum of less than 50.

The rail shipper shown also indicates that the car had Cowl Plenum air cleaner in the trunk when it was delivered.
OPTION Z28 with ECL code =  BB = Z28 with Cowl Plenum Air Cleaner.
The other key is the $437.10 dealer charge = cowl plenum with Z28 option.

FWIW Brooks also delivered a White 69 COPO with the COPO 4.56 rear end.

Thanks for letting me know about the ELC Code=BB=Cowl Plenum Air Cleaner. It apperently was never installed when this car was new because the original owner, a friend of mine, never ran the car with the CPAC.
Brooks did have a 1969 White COPO. He was a big drag racer and supplied a lot of the HP cars in our area.
He also ordered a Capri Cream, 67 SS Camaro 396/375, with radio heater delete and 456 read end as well as a Butternut Yellow Z28 with radio heater delete and 4:88 rear end, which is the car I now have. His plan was, which ever car sold first, the other would be the Brooks Chevrolet Super Stock race care for that year. Attached is a photo taken from Mr. Brooks office showing the 396/375 SS Camaro sitting in front of the Dealership after it was lettered up. You can see the Window Sticker still on the quarter glass.
Houston Platt, Georgia Hall of Fame Drag Racer, drove this car that year, “Dixie Twister, Jr”

The “Dixie Twister Jr” was a local favorite, I found the Sister car to the Brooks Chevrolet 396/375 SS Camaro about 10 years and had to have it. Except mine is an original 4N 325 hp.

I absolutely love the Capri Cream 67 L78 racer.
If you are interested in selling the 67 Z or trading it... I have a customer who is interested and has tons of cars to trade or would be interested in an outright purchase.
