Sorry for the long winded write-up.......I wanted to share this with you in regards to the door window guide roller.
At the last show I had my car in, I was rolling the windows up when the judge came by and the drivers door window suddenly jammed about 1/2 way up. I could also see the front edge was out of the channel. The judge was cool about it and even commented that the guide roller probably cracked. He was close as the rollers center was cracked and allowed the stud to pop out when the door closed and the glass in the down position.
After doing a long search on eBay and other Camaro suppliers for an exact roller and not finding any, I stumbled across one vendor that had what I needed. The listing is for a late model Camaro as well as other GM cars. I took a chance and ordered a pack of 4 (the smallest package they sold for $11) because the dimensions they showed looked almost exact.
In a nutshell, when I got the rollers (mounted on studs) I put one on the vice to straddle the jaws and with a nail countersink, gave the stud end a firm hit with a mallet and popped it out of the roller. Being I didn't want to remove the side glass completely to drill out the stud, I slid the new roller down the slide from the top and lined up the original stud (with a little grease) with the roller opening and grabbed the slide and window frame area and gave a good squeeze until I heard a healthy "pop". No more glass falling off the slide and the window rolls up/down smoothly.
Here is the seller's ad for an 6-pack (ask them if they will sell 4):
