Understand it is a 396, 4 speed car, tahoe turquoise car.

The reason I'm asking is because the NCRS search does not list it in their database but I have seen a photo of the protecto plate (which seems to match the car), yet I'm concerned about buying the car if there is no NCRS data available. Has anyone else had a vehicle NOT get an NCRS report?
