Sometimes they were just looking at the option list. 'Hey, I'll take the better brakes'. Then it comes in and they are shocked at the price. Happened more than once....

Looks like JL8 option pricing wasn't known until early February. The first cars were built a few weeks later, likely ordered without knowing the cost.
