old GMPD parts card

Thought I'd show this late 1960s GM parts control card that somehow managed to survive on an unboxed and odd shape NOS part I recently bought.  Haven't seen one of these punch cards in years - probably high tech and state of the art back in the day.  I do recall seeing these in the late 70s and early 80s, but I think the format was a little different.  This appears to be a 2/68 version.

Classic IBM Punch Card.
Phased out were I work in the 80's

That "one size fits all" repop part is incorrect and why I got this.  67 muffler manifolds have both hoses coming out of the back of the A6 compressor to the passenger side.
