Don't know if it is a scam or not... but they are still on the web.

And I did find this in the "small print": "This document does not validate or authenticate cars."
--Of course, you cannot believe everything you see in print --even electronically. Not sure what GM approval means... I've been watching a couple of these sites wondering if it is worth it.
What do some of you other veterans think?
