The cowl tags for 1967 Camaros were stamped with a style code of 12x37 or 12x67, where the x was set to 4 for standard interior or 6 for custom interior.

This is under numbers decode in the research area
1969 Z28, Burgandy, numbers matching, 12,900 miles
1968 RS 327 4 speed
1970 Z28 M22 4:10 bought from original owner
1961 Chrysler 300G convertible

This Camaro must be one of the earliest "4P" cars. November second week. Kurt what is the earliest one you have in the data bank? I looked at a numbers matching 1967 Camaro that had the 4 speed and 275 hp engine but it did not have the 4P on the trim tag. I think it was a Sept build car. It was a few years ago.

Not that early. From the site:
Van Nuys started using the 4P code on the SS350 cars in September, but Norwood didn't start using the 4P code until October.
