'68 Fuel Pump Original?

Wondering if this is the original AC Delco fuel pump for my car. Numbers on it as follows: 037R40726  Is there a date in there somewhere? Also has a 1 by itself, and a baby heart stamp? I have seen that baby heart stamp on other parts related to fuel and brake. Always wondered what that was... Danny

That pump appears to be a service replacement pump based on the data in the following link...

Well that sucks. Was hoping it was the original. Thanx for the info.. I will have to see another time what my numbers should be and see if I can find one. .. D
