Correct 67 bumble bee stripe color

Hello everyone.  I'm new to this site trying to get as much info as possible to get my 67 Camaro up to as original as possible.  So, far it is very close to being a matching numbers car, with a few exceptions.  Some day in the far future, I would like to have this repainted, it is still the original paint, somewhat faded Madiera Maroon but at one time the front was resprayed due to a small collision and the nose stripe was not repainted.  I don't know what the nose stripe color should be as I have seen them in either the white or black online.  I haven't found anything showing the original color bumble bee stripe. .  It is a 67 RS/SS, Madiera Maroon, vinal top 396/325 hp. with 3 speed auto.  Also, I would probably just find the (stick on) stripes for now, then when I repaint it have the original stripes painted.  Can anyone help me?

What color is the vinyl top?  Is it original?
What does your trim tag say?

Boy do I feel foolish now.  I looked at that chart once before but somehow I didn't see the stripe designation behind it.  It would be white.  Also, it does have the original black vinyl top in excellent condition.  Thanks for the help!

Car looks good in pics. A few add ons, but that's whatwe did back in the day.

Does the PAINT position say N - 2?

Thanks for the compliment.   Here is the trim plate.
 It does say N2.  Along with the rest.  I do have the specifics on what the tag all means.  So far, all is good.  I am still looking for the correct carburetor (Quadrajet 7037210). I have found the non California carb 7027210, late A.I.R.  Probably the same carb, different jetting.  And looking for the correct alternator 1100693, March of 67.   Someday I MAY get happy and find the missing A.I.R. pump with brackets/etc. and make it like it used to be, but then I didn't really plan on showing it anyways. 

What did you mean when you said it had a few add ons?  Was wondering if something was not right. I know other than the 70's or 80's mud flaps, and steering wheel wrap, I think someone also put on a passenger side mirror that I don't think was original.  (I replaced the worn out and damaged mirrors with new ones from Classic Industries.    This has been in my wife's family for many years, with a lot of documents what was done to the car over the years.    Thanks for any info!

I believe for at least the 67 model year, the dealers added passenger side mirrors if the buyer wanted one.   Nice looking, well optioned car!

No biggie, you named them: mud flaps, steering wheel wrap, and passenger mirror.  I agree with Petes L48. Keep the passenger mirror.
