3915085 Muncie tag - ok for 68 Z?

Hi all,

I found a 3915085 assembly tag in a box of parts I got with my 68 Z. Is this the correct tag for a 68 Z28 with M21?

Yup, I have the same one on my M21 equipped '68 Z.
