Awhile back, another post brought up the fact that there are two types of pinion snubbers used on 1969 Camaros. I have the round bolt on type on my 12B Nor. car. Mine is re-usable, but I may have found a suitable replacement. Here is the add:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-1964-72-GM-BODY-PINION-SNUBBER-ROUND-STYLE-TIP-GM-3996323-/350595013212 The part # is 3996323 for A body GM's. Did anybody ever determine what the Camaro part # should be? It just so happens that the traction bars on my car also use a snubber exactly like the pinion snubber. The traction bars,I believe, are about as old as the car and were on the car when I bought it in 1979. I am still trying to get info on these TBrs with no luck so far. Hope this helps those needing this part if it is correct, which it looks good to me.
