Same as on a non A/c car, by pulling the passenger side fender, or cutting a hole in the inner wheelwell to get to it. It bolts to the front face of the A/C suitcase body, out there under the fender.

i would suggest the preferred method is to remove or at least loosen the RH fender. ..

You could try to take the tire off and take he fender wheel well bolts off and wedge a piece of wood in between the fender and the well.
