Z28 fuel line support bracket -JohnZ?

I was looking at a metal bracket that mounts to the carb mount stud and bolts around the fuel line - I have seen repops and OEM on ebay and i saw JohnZ's engine picture and his car does not have this - was this standard and discarded by most? I have searched and cant find much on this detail

Ahh that explains alot funny why my search did not find the thread I've seen 1-2 on Ebuy that went for crazy money my car should have one too
