Thanks John.  I will keep that name in mind if I get to the point of seriously considering a purchase.  It's too bad about this one it looked like a pretty clean car.

Hi all...I'm new to this forum. I posted this thread on another forum and someone suggested posting here. They said you guys are the 1st gen experts!
I am considering buying a 1969 Camaro Z28, but not sure on how to determine what a good price is and what to ask or look for? Here are the details I have about the car I am looking at...any input on whether this is a reasonable deal would be appreciated (sorry for the long first post):

1969 Camaro Z/28 302
- 4speed
- 61,000Kms
- CE warranty replacement block, numbers matching intake, heads, carb, Muncie M21, 12-bolt, too many parts to list. Lots of correct spare parts. 10-year old restoration. American car.

Asking price: $31,000 (Canadian)
