Originality / Correct 4 screws for the 69 4 speed boot retaining ring.

Can anyone tell me the type of screw and whether it has a captured washer or not and the type of anodizing; for the retaining ring for a 4 speed car with a console?

General Discussion / 1967 1968 Camaro Reference Book

Just purchased the 1967-68 Camaro Reference Book by John Hooper. Is the book supposed to have
photocopy type pages or should the book have glossy type pages; like in the 1969 Camaro Book that Hooper authored?
Does anyone have a copy of the 67-68 book and can you tell me if your book has the same type pages as mine?
