thanks for the help maybe someone else will have the pressure that I need to use.

I'm going to guess on HVLP   Start w 2.0 Tip  16-18 lbs Air at Gun (Not Tip)

Paint ?  Read TDS for product spraying info, If nothing determine product type 1K or Solvent based.
mix accordingly, if no info start at 1:1 and I would then start removing reducer to thicken test sprays

or try to lessen Air Pressure.   Practice on a file cabinet or old inner fender to get spray technique
