G31 and F41 were mutually exclusive, ie you can't have both on the same car. G31 was special multileaf rear springs, and only 556 cars came equipped with them in 69. F41 was special purpose front and rear springs and was only availble on non SS and Non Z28 camaros (either coupe or convertible), and came on 5929 Camaros in 69. The F40 heavy duty suspension was only available on 6 cylinder coupes or convertibles. I dont think any cars are recorded as having the F40 suspension.
I guess you could have G31 rear springs on a 69 SS, but they would be used with the standard (for the weigh options) front spring. And since the G31 spring package came with the V32 rear bumperettes I would think that the ride height would be lowered if you had G31 on the car.
