The return spring for my 67 L-35 came from Ground Up. Page 116, item AS-761 in their Camaro catalog.

I cant bring the picture up. If you go to the Camaro Club of KC website, www.camaroclubkc.com and go to activities, then scroll to the 2002 Midwest Camaro Fest; the car is at the top of the page, Best Of. Just remember it was a T-400 on the column, didn't check the rear axle.

I've only seen one. It was at the 2002 Camaro show in KC. It was a 67 RS/SS L-35 with deluxe interior, bench seat; and column shift.

I have a quick question. In the description of the L-35 option, the 67 articles note special front and rear springs and shocks. Is this the G31 suspension?

My L-35 is a T0I06MY build date. The dipstick is 18 1/8 from the bell top to the add mark. The add and full marks are lines, not two dots. The button is purple and flat.

Decoding/Numbers / GM Part Number for 67 12 Bolt Pinion Seal
« on: September 15, 2014, 08:09:28 PM »
I have been trying to find a new pinion seal for my 12 bolt rear. I have found that the original part is no longer available, and anything used as a replacement (Auto Zone 8460N) is for a truck and is too thick. There is a company in KC, (Sterling Bearing Inc) that may be able to cross reference the part # to what they have. Does anyone have that part #.  Thanks.    :-\
