1969 - Orphans / 19N525256 VI009DZ

A guy I know has had this block under his workbench since the early 80's.  It was in a 1967 RS/SS he bought at the time.  Any info on this?  I'm thinking the stamp is good?

A little off topic, but ZL1 related.  I know William was watching, but did anyone else watch the ZL1 tribute auction on Bring a Trailer that ended yesterday?  Nice car but $130K plus fees?  I was dumbfounded.

Trim tag is for an X77 but car has Z21 Style Trim group which would make it an X33 I believe

Not sure I am seeing this right, but it appears that this trim tag is bolted on with hex head bolts!?
