Title: Restoration Paint Guide for 1968 Camaro Z28

Is there a true guide or book that details the correct paint and finish for each part of a Camaro? I am in the paint process of the restoration and I keep seeing so many different opinions. I would really like to find a guide, so I can keep each part as accurate as possible. Any help would be appreciated!!
