Can we determine, what frequency ,vinyl top colors were ordered in 69? (B,C,E,F,S)........DON
-
Nope. Only stat is 100,602 sold, 44.6% of production.
-
How about using the method for determining exterior colors. Both body ,and top color is on the trim tag.
-
It's not a uniform sample and is a stretch - meaning I don't think it's very accurate.
But in 69, about 2/3 of the vinyl top cars were black tops. White tops were next, about 1/6. Interesting, dark green was not far behind white. Who'd have thought that....

kURT, Does your information show more Blue, or Brown vinyl tops in 69?.......DON
-
Blue is more common, brown is the least common (hence why it's not repro'd).
Trivia - Firebirds didn't the brown vinyl, but a H - Dark Fawn instead.
They also had 5 convertible top colors in 69 vs Camaro's white or black choice.
