My body broadcast sheet for my '68 says the following for the wheel info:

Color.     U
Size.       ST
Wheel disc 68
F70 14 42 red


Can anyone desiffer this?

looking here i think they are steel wheels painted body color, lemans blue, 14x6, with dogdish style hubcaps
anyone have a pic of the wheel and these dogdish caps?

I take it you are brothers. :)
U is Lemans Blue.
XF - 14x6 with discs. Standard, non-rally wheel.
It says "RED"?? Never seen that, but it should be for a red striped tire.
What's the code in box 108? I'd be interested to see a pic/scan of the broadcast sheet.

i am actualy his uncle,
yes it actualy says red,
box 108 has code     BG
im sorry it took so long to get back, christmas and all
im working to get the body broadcast sheet scaned
