I posted this question on Team Camaro and got many no's but all were from 68-69 owners.
I removed some remnant quilted vinyl from behind the seat latches on my 67 with deluxe interior. This stuff is old and I believe original. Has anyone here seen this material on a deluxe with fold down ??

OK, you're saying that someone was able to match the heat sealed seams, foam, fabric and vinyl of the seat material ??

No, I'm not saying that at all. My answer relates to your original and only question highlighted below....

OK, I guess I need to rephrase the question to be more specific.
I'm looking for pictures and help from anyone, especially the CRG people, that has information to determine if the material shown COULD be original in a 1967, deluxe interior, fold down rear seat equipped car.
Pics of surviving, original trunk dividers for this application would be great.

Stillwater,
As I said in my PM, I don't have easy access to a 67 with that option. Sorry. How about posting pictures of your whole car. Sounds interesting... and it is always great to see original cars!
Maybe Ed or somebody will notice your post. He has a great 68 with fold-down seat.

The only thing I've ever seen is the original cardboard back. The picture of the swatch you posted looks like some kind of a rattle solution done by a prior owner.

OK, thanks Ed. It just appears so similar to the seat material and old that I wanted to believe it was original and just not repoped yet. Could it possibly be from a Firebird and got installed by a past owner who liked it ?? I hadn't thought of that before and have no clue where to research that idea.
Pictures.....hhhmmmmm it's nothing pretty. I bought it as a basket case and reassembled it to drive while I saved up money and collected parts to restore it.

The 'bird also used the same cardboard panel as the Camaro, so I doubt if it's from that. It kind of looks llike a naugahyde chair my dad once owned!! Except his was dark green...

I'm not an expert, but that looks like a pretty nice car to me. Looks like most of it is there.

I don't have the original long block but the valve covers, intake, left side manifold and distributor are original. The right exhaust manifold was cracked and I replaced it. The trans has been replaced too, but the original pan was reinstalled. It retains the original QL 12 bolt axle with the brackets for a radius rod, but I don't think the rod was ever installed because of the powerglide and no posi. The floor bracket under the back seat is there, but no bracket for the rod to mount to it underneath. It has the speed warning speedo and a near mint Walnut look steering wheel. It was originally Granada Gold and will return to that someday. The original black deluxe interior will most likely be changed to Gold or Parchment.
