What year car are you asking about?

Where was it originally sold? US or Canada
If Canada you can get documentation of options from GM Canada based on the VIN number.
If it's a US car check this site for starters, and ask previous owners for any surviving documentation.

I have 69 camaro built in L.A. Has back up light in rear pan but also has ss hood , delux int.
