Good stamp.

I'd have bet money there was something wrong with the stamp.

Another 69 Camaro rear on Facebook Marketplace. Stamp is BT 0223G1 E. In New Hampshire.

With the "C" prefix could that be a 1970 Nova axle?

C denotes anything assembled around the middle to end of July 1969 and after. With that being a Feb assembly date, I'd say at least 1970 model year.
My block is 0728 C JF and my rear end is 0820 C BS.

So mid July of '69 was when the running change for the "C" prefix was rolled out. Good information.
-
Its actually Aug not July. When you should see it on axle tubes.
