Hello,
Finished rebuilding my 69 Pace Car convertible top motor and cylinders. When I ordered the parts, a convertible motor cover was also available. There was nothing like this on the car when I removed the motor and cylinders. It is made of fiberboard and measures 13.5" wide and 10.5" tall. Picture of it is attached.
My research didn't find any pictures on how this is installed with the convertible top motor. Can anyone tell me how this is installed with the convertible top motor?
Thanks,

Camaros didn't use that cover. That unit was likely used on numerous cars.

Ahh ok. Makes sense to me now.
It was used in cars with a fold-down rear seat. My car doesn't have that.
Thanks again for the info and links.

No, it wasn't used on the Camaro at all. The link I provided was two different questions. One was about the partition for the fold down rear seat and the other was about the motor cover.

Good post and thanks Ed for the link. I started with #1 and read it all, because it’s not Cliff’s Notes for me. I am wondering if the convertible fold down partition I bought in 1993 is the correct one? I know the mounting screws are not. Have any pictures of a 68 stuff in the vault?
Thanks

Yes, my partition is shown in reply number 10 in the same link above.

So it looks like the cover has a vinyl look to it with stitching on top. My parts book show the 67 parts (included here). Not sure why the book doesn’t show the 68 again, (revision in 74 I think). I’ve included the 69 as which I believe is condensed fro all 3.
A 67-9 Camaro only book is in my future.
