Title: 9204 Booster - Delco Moraine Right Side Up or Upside Down

On an assembly line 9204 Booster, should the Delco Moraine be right side up on the drivers side or upside down on the passenger side?

I've seen original cars with both - however 9 out of 10, they're upside down.
