Title: 1969 396 325 valve covers
Post by: painterdude on March 20, 2020, 08:21:16 PM
I have a pair of valve covers there painted, wire stands at back corners temp sender wire on exhaust side in the center , slanted with dimple on drivers side rear. But no oil drippers. What application did not use drippers?

67-69 CAMARO BIG BLOCK VALVE COVERS (http://www.camaros.org/engine.shtml#bbcover)

Painted covers were installed on full size cars I believe, and also mid year Corvettes. Post a few pictures let's see what you have.

As I was posting, Ed also posted the same information. So I deleted the link to the same spot.

Trucks, full size and some Corvettes used non-chrome big block valve covers.

Oh yeah, I forgot about trucks. I also believe they were painted in the 70's.
