Title: Another 5OR not NOR Trim Tag

I'm working on this car in my shopped spotted this trim tag. I bought me off guard, it has 5OR where normally NOR would be. as you can see its a 69 coupe, Hugger Orange, Std Blk interior. Late build 09D car. X11 code. With VIN 9N688113. I saw one other post here but have never see a tag like this. Thoughts? was this a late production phenomenon when the Fisher BDY numbers got reset?

Seems to be a few of those produced when the stamper was changed to 09D. Quickly corrected.
