Title: Brake Booster Nuts
Post by: Bigfish45 on May 28, 2019, 03:15:03 PM
I'm getting ready to replace the brake booster on my 69 Camaro. When I installed the booster the first time years ago, there was no engine or front clip on the car and those 4 nuts were still hard to get to. Do any of you have any special 'tricks" or advice on how to get these 4 nuts off and back on the new booster? I know it is going to be very difficult. Any advice would be appreciated.

Probably going to need an angle or half moon wrench. When you put it back on start all 4 nuts before you tighten any. That will give you some wiggle room to get them started.
