Sounds like he's not budging off his price on this one at $27K. Or $32K strong with the NOS parts stated.
VIN looks like 9N638425

Can't agree more...but on a good note, looks like one will get the enclosed trailer :)

If he threw in the parts it would still be a tough nut to crack. There is one local (not for sale) that with a battery I think I could drive home but I would not give that kind of money for.

Mine must be worth about 200K if that POS is worth 32K.

X2. I looked at maybe 15-20 Pace Cars like this, and far worse, back in the '80's and early 90's before I found mine. I won't relate what I paid for my garage queen, but it was a lot less than the poor shell at the start of the thread - plus I drove it home from 150 miles away from the house without thinking twice about it. Of course, 24 years ago, but you can find good cars for relative money if you keep on looking -

Steve

Here in the PNW Allen Martin Chev had one on it's show room as a reseller trade-in foder,,$12,500 & that was OUT of this WORLD (1985)
Mine was 50% of that & folks were questioning my sanity at that time.
We are bless to Have a long time owned Z11 in our garages Yet I agree these asking prices are not in line with reality in most cases.

Amen. I never knew how many Z11's out of 3675 Norwoods would end up abused, abandoned, or left to rot until I started looking for one. I've seen cars that were held together by weeds, that the proud owner swore was worth it's weight in gold. The one that Kelley shared a pic of is a shame - hopefully it's stored inside with that much roof damage.
Maybe we should start a "Wall of Shame" column with pics of all of the high end cars that are sadly in need of new ownership ? Then again, it makes you ill to see waste like this. Better not - my "barn car" L78 would be front and center.

Don’t worry. I’m still patiently waiting for that phone call to come and get it.. ;)
