Title: E-Z-Eye quarter window glass

Craigslist ad had some original 69 camaro glass, so I called and asked for a picture of the etching. NV could either be Jan 69 or Jan 82. I could have been fooled with the date code NV if I didn't read this "Glass supplier tradenames, like "Duplate," "Solex," "E-Z-Eye," and "SunShade" do not appear on GM OEM glass. ".

As the link indicates, the manufacturer of the glass in your picture is Libbey-Owens Ford (LOF) which is also indicated by DOT 15.
