Hi guys.
I am looking for a 67 Camaro A/C system. Used or restored is ok.
Anyone have any ideas or one just lying around for sale?
I would like to have original as opposed to Vintage Air if I can find one.
Thanks

They show up on eBay now and then. Here's one that recently sold...

you can try:
Thepartguy.com
classic auto air
Both sells components, may even work with you to build a complete system

If you are going to put together a system or buy one from a car make sure that you get the specific system you want. There were at least two different systems in 1967 (Change around Feb 1, 1967), 1968 is different and I believe Firebirds can be different. The system referenced by 1968RSZ28 that sold on Ebay looks like a 1968 system. They are different from 1967. The last complete system I have seen was at the Pomona Swap Meet a few years ago. I think it was about $500. It was very nice, clean and complete. One thing you will need that is not available by parts is the firewall hole or cutout as it is different from regular heat. Not that difficult to cut out and weld in but you'll need to find a donor car. Novas are also a good source for this piece. If you need some more help let me know.
